1. What FlippaLotto is

FlippaLotto is a statistical analysis tool for lottery draws. It surfaces historical frequencies, hot/cold streaks, gap analysis, weighted suggestions, ML probabilities and an agentic assistant. It is not a prediction service.

2. No guarantees

Lottery outcomes are random and independent. FlippaLotto makes no claim or warranty — express or implied — that using the tool will lead to a win or improve your expected return. Past frequencies do not predict future draws.

3. Play responsibly

• Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• Lottery participation is restricted to people aged 18 and over.
• If the lottery stops being fun, the New Zealand Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and available 24/7 on 0800 654 655.

4. Account & access

You access FlippaLotto by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We can suspend access if we reasonably suspect abuse (scraping, automated traffic, attempts to break the service).

By creating an account you consent to receive service emails at the address linked to your Google sign-in. We may also send occasional product updates and research / feedback requests; both include a one-click unsubscribe and are described in full in our privacy policy.

5. Service availability

FlippaLotto is provided "as is" while in beta. We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted access, and we may change features, add countries, or pause the service for maintenance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brazsoft is not liable for any loss arising from your use of FlippaLotto — including (but not limited to) money spent on lottery tickets.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
