FlippaLotto ("we", "us") is operated by Brazsoft. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

  • Account identity. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, display name, and Google account ID. We store these to identify your FlippaLotto account.
  • App usage. The selections, suggestions and tickets you save inside the app are stored against your account so you can return to them.
  • Cookies & analytics. With your consent we collect aggregated analytics via Google Analytics (page views, referrers, broad device class). Without consent these stay off.

2. What we don't collect

  • We do not collect or store payment data — there is no paid plan.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
  • We do not run third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics and AdSense (consent-gated).

3. Cookies & consent

The first time you visit, you'll see a cookie banner with Accept and Reject buttons. Rejecting keeps analytics and advertising cookies off. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and respected on every page load via Google Consent Mode v2.

4. How we contact you

We may email you at the address linked to your Google sign-in for:

  • Service notices. Sign-in alerts, billing receipts, subscription changes, security issues, account-deletion confirmations and material changes to these terms or this policy. These are part of operating your account and you can't opt out while the account is active.
  • Product updates. Occasional notes when we ship a new country, a meaningful feature, or a change worth knowing about. Low frequency.
  • Surveys & feedback. Occasional research asks — short surveys, beta feedback, or a "how's it going" prompt. Always optional; ignoring the email is a valid answer.

Every product-update and survey email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We honour unsubscribes within 5 working days, as required by the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Service notices continue for as long as your account is active because they're operational.

Our outbound addresses are [email protected] (for messages where we'd welcome a reply) and [email protected] (for one-way notifications). Both are operated by Brazsoft directly.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We aim to action requests within 14 days.
